Returns & Exchanges

Refunds
A full refund will be credited only if we don’t have stock and any back orders.
Exchanges
Delivery charges for exchanges where the product was faulty or the incorrect colour/size/item was delivered will be borne by Nala Designs. In the instance an exchange is due to the customer’s dissatisfaction with colour or the customer changes their mind, delivery charges will be paid for by said customer.
Shipping charges and delivery information
Please be informed that Nala Designs is not responsible for late delivery occurring due the fault of the shipping company or in any other circumstance. Upon payment confirmation, Nala Designs will require a further 2 days to process the order and delivery takes 7 to 14 working days.
